Research Use Only
All products sold by Kyber Peptides are intedned strictly for laboratory research and development purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, or diagnostic purposes.
Due to the sensitive nature of peptide products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Order Issues & Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To request assistance, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the package and product
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A partial or full refund at our discretion
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved only under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item shipped
- Product damaged during transit
- Missing items from an order
- Order canceled before shipment
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 buiness days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
For Safety, quality assurance, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products stored improperly after delivery
- Orders delayed due to carrier issues outside of our control
- Orders seized, delayed, or rejected due to local regulations
- Research products purchased in error
Shipping Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Kyber Peptides is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned to us due toan incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping Carrier, Kyber Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled ebfore shipment confirmation is issued. Once an order had shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Kyber Peptides first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
